Spent xmas there this year, lovely decorations and a great atmosphere. We enjoyed the hot chocolate and cookies provided by the hotel. It was conveniently located close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was polite and efficient, which was a plus.
There were some downsides too. Our room was a bit cramped and felt like it needed an upgrade.

the family-friendly hotel was an ideal location to explore the surroundings, with fantastic homemade food, including fresh bread and tasty homemade jams. the rooms were cozy, spotless, and rustic with bunk beds that were perfect for kids. the Wi-Fi was pretty fast and reliable, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent, prompt service.
The bathroom was a bit small in size, but this did not detract from the rest of the hotel's many advantages.

We chose to stay at this hotel for its family-friendly atmosphere and were not disappointed. the location was perfect, set away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the room was spacious enough for us and our kids, and the staff were friendly. There were plenty of activities for the children, including a game room and outdoor activities like hiking and biking.
